Final Solution
One of our customers in the automotive industry had a problem with one of their molds, their operators made a mistake when closing it and deformed it, which completely stopped that production line.
The mold had been made in Japan, and they were considering sending it back for repair. This would have taken 2 months of stopped production and very high shipping and repair costs.
They approached us to find a better solution. We carry out a detailed analysis of the situation, we take into account the material of the mold, the characteristics of the injection machine, the material to be injected, among other factors; knowing that the end result had to meet the highest standards of precision and strength.
In just 4 days we repaired the mold, and at a much lower cost than what the client had originally considered.
As of that date, our client had the certainty of having a high quality local supplier with international standards just 30 minutes from their plant.
